The venue of choice is to walk across the Forth Road Bridge - this iconic landmark joins Edinburgh to Fife on the East coast across the Firth of Forth. At just over 1.5 miles long it will offer spectacular views during the walk, including the Rail bridge and newly constructed Queensferry Crossing. We will walk along the East footpath and back again, starting at the Edinburgh side - which is in South Queensferry.
WHEN: Sunday 3rd September 2017 at 11am
Please email us at [email protected] for a sponsor form and we’ll get one to you. For those who would like to come along but don’t want to collect sponsors you can make a donation on the day instead - suggested at £10 per person. Our aim is to raise as much as possible for charity and we thank you in advance for your support!
As this is a bridge walk, dogs must be kept on the lead throughout. There are railings and a pavement so ideal for any prams/buggies to join us too!
